Very little memory. Here's the deal, most people are probably like me and after use we make a Cowboy Coil to coil the cord up for storage. When you do this there is some "coil memory" to the cord but that's true for any power cord. As soon as you stretch it out and a few minutes go by for the casing to relax, it's as flat as a snake run over on the highway.

I can handle the taping of ends together as at least it's a clean connection. As soon as people around me start tying power cord ends into knots, well this creates a trip hazard for Mike Phillips. When people start creating trip hazards for Mike Phillips he starts talking and typing in 3rd person.
Anyone that has attended any of my classes laugh as they recognize this little tidbit of comedy.
