Rotary Pad question
I have switched to the rotary!!!
ITs not as hard as I thought it was, as long as you pay attention. Orngez showed me the way!!!
I was using Blue and Orange Edge pads to polish a car. The blue pad was fine but I kind of had to fight the orange pad at times.
My question is this, how do you guys combat this problem? I was thinking about using my Edge Wave pads or switching to wool.

I still haven't found a way to control the foam pads well. I found if the pad is well lubricated it helps. It is still difficult on areas like the roof, that's why I like the wool pads the best but obviously they can't be used for everything...

switch to the wools. easier to control. only foam you would need is a finishing foam pad. but with practice you can finish down with wool and not have to use foam

I agree with this. Wool's much easier to work with.

wool gets job done faster and does not build as much heat as foam. burn paint faster with foam. especially when using rotary
