Yea, this is something that concerns me. Griots did not send a invoice with my machine. I requested on 2 different occasions for them to send me a copy. Still haven't recieved it. I can't help but wonder if they will try to jam me if and when I have an issue.

If you ordered online, then you should have your order confirmation email, you can use that. If you made an order by the phone for example, then that's another story.

I Phone order everything. I like talking to a human just to make sure we are all clear. I have already added to my list of things to do tommorow to call them 1 more time. Its really getting old, I will be on the phone at least 10-15 minutes for the 3rd time. Thats 45 minutes of my life totally wasted

If they try to jam me I assure you I will be posting like a mad man on every detail forum.

Good point. My buddy originally purchased it from AG. If I get his invoice, are you saying the warranty should follow?

Got clarification from AG. Only valid for original purchaser. However, I have not yet contacted Griot's to see if it's transferrable through them.

Ok, I contacted Griot's and they stated they would honor the warranty I would just have to send it in to them at my expense the 1st time. They would cover shipping any time after that should it happen again.
