Meguiar's G110 vs PC7424?

Is the Meguiar's G110 polisher smoother-operating polisher than the 7424? The PC7424 vibrates too much (mainly at speed 6) and is a bit tricky to hold. Is the G110 any smoother?

I just want a smoother, easier to hold polisher/buffer that I can still use with my 5.5" pads instead of buying all new pads and backing plates and stuff.

I have to admit at DFIV this question, PC versus G110, was the talk of the sales area. With Megs there the G110 moved thru the day. The main difference I can find is the G110 offers a bit more orbits but seem more similar than different otherwise. If you want smoother and more power ---save up for the Flex IMO.

Thanks killr. Which Flex machine? Can I use 5.5" pads with a Flex?

Flex XC 3401, FLEX Orbital Polisher,flex XC 3401 VRG dual-action polisher,flex XC3401VRG,Dual Action polisher,FLEX buffer

unfortunately no to the pads, but with its addtl power the slightly bigger pads work equally well. Its an amazing 9000+ orbits versus around 6000 for the PC.

As I always say, once you go with a Flex, the PC seems like a junky little toy
