PC coming apart
The black plastic housing on top of the unit is vibrating loose. Anyone have this problem?

Re: PC coming apart
That's normal without the handle on it and tightened down. Try tightening the handle and it will get better. I use mine with the handle off most of the time. The housing vibrates and chatters pretty good. I keep threating to get a couple of bolts to put in the handle holes but haven't yet.

I forgot to ask. Is there any periodic maintenance required with the PC?

The manual says to have it lubricated and inspected once a year. They also go on to say send it to them for the work. My current PC is fourteen months old with well over a thousand hours on it, and I haven't done a thing to it.
