    Just wanted to tune in...

Awesome shipping speed, I got my 6.5" pads and 6" backing plate (and some other stuff) really fast!

I have a question though, in the little outline sheet that came with the package, you guys stated that I would need 7.5" pads for a 6" backing plate, but if I prefer the 6.5" pads, I should be fine as long as I'm wary about the edges, right? Thanks a lot, guys.

Actually for the 6.5 pad they recommend the 5 "plate, but you could use the 6.5 with the 6 plate......just be careful of the edges.......maybe down the road you'll pick up the 5" plate

Really close with a 6" plate so make sure the pads goes on square and watch those edges

Yeah, that would be easier than changing all my pads. Does autogeek do easy exchanges?

I'll practice on the family beater, so I get the placement down.

I've decided to just keep the 6" backing plate, since I have a 7336 with a 6" counter-weight. I will definitely order the 5" BP with my next order from Autogeek though!

OHH COURSE WE DO!!! LOL If you need to exchange just call my ext and I will take care of you. If you do decide to use the 6" backing plate with the 6.5" pads, please becareful, and always try first on someone else's car. J/K

    That's good to know. lol

I already opened the bag for backing plate though, how would an exchange happen (shipping fees, etc.)?
