    Concerned with Pinnacle Rinseless

    Hey everyone.

So this is my second time presenting my concern with the pinnacle rinseless wash with carnuba. I ordered this sometime around black friday sales and have tried it twice but always ended up not using it. As you can see in the picture below, this stuff has no suds and appears to be mop water, the wash mitt doesnt feel rich at all. Im not sure if I have a bad bottle that got frozen or if this is just the characteristic of a rinseless. It also pours like water. Can anyone tell me if this is just the way it is or is something wrong. In the photo Im sure I mixed excess with 2.5 gallons of water. This was after just th rear quarter panel of my beater which I would barely even use this on.

Hmmm. It turns the water slightly yellow for me - as it is yellow. It's one of the best rinseless products out there IMHO. I thought it was so good I bought a gallon.

Rinseless wash in general is "dishwater like" and has no suds. But it should leave a clean and slick surface. Try using 1oz/gallon. That's how I use it and it works well that way for me.

    Re: Concerned with Pinnacle Rinseless

Hi, a rinseless really shouldn't "suds" like a wash concentrate. I'm sure you've seen it, but the "directions" from the store site are here:

Pinnacle Liquid Gloss Rinseless Wash with Carnauba, no rinse car wash, eco friendly car wash products

I've had good luck using good microfibers as opposed to a wash mitt (although it shouldn't matter - just easier IMHO to use several good microfibers) to do the "wash" part, and then dry / buff using separate towels. Yep, you'll need a bunch of good towels for this.

Hope this helps and good luck!

Didn't know this product was supposed to "suds-up".
Suds are highly overrated when it comes to their having cleaning power.

This product is "blue"...vs. "black"---as in petroleum.

    BTW:
Where is your separate, rinse-water bucket?

Suds would be very counterproductive when performing a rinseless wash. I would think it would make drying the panel more difficult if not impossible.

This was a Cyber buster purchase. I love the product. I use 2 oz. to 2 gallons w/grit guard. I'll Spray Pinnacle Waterless on the heavier dirt. I like the grout sponge to apply. I can use a soft touch and still get the car clean. Follow with Duragloss AW and the car looks great.

I did a rinseless wash today, not Pinnacle, but that is kinda what mine looked like. Actually that is what it looks like all the time.

I'm no chemist but could it be the hardness of your water?
I would imagine that the concentrate should do its job but hopefully someone with knowledge will jump in.
