IMO right now 99% of the way a car looks is in the polishing, and mostly the paint job. wax makes little diffrence from what i have seen. I think it would look the same with no wax on it

When it comes to the way something looks to someone it's always somebody's opinion. A well polished car can look very good but not great in my opinion. Adding a good wax or sealant can make it look great. It will add a lot more depth and wetness to the paint. A good nuba can also give the paint a real glow to it. If I were to put a percentage on what a good wax or sealant adds to the looks of paint it would be a lot more then 1% IMO.

I could be....I have never seen a diffrence between a waxed pannel and a unwaxed pannel.

I've always seen that wax makes about 5% of the look, 95% goes to polishing. Using a turtle wax even after Menzerna polishes will dimish your paint work.
