So, in other words, you don't like it? lol

I've never used D151, but I'm sure it will be great on the Tangerine HT. After polishing, any wax discussed here should look great and have you drooling. Looking forward to your results.

Very generous of you to offer your time and effort CieraSL!
Yes he is indeed very generous.

I am actually waiting to do a "full" detail because I don't have a digital camera anymore and I'm looking to buy one, haha.

Re: Pinnacle SSII vs. Swissvax Glacier

I need to try it out again to be honest, but when I used it I wasn't impressed. That's just my personal opinion though. The waxes on the other hand were actually pretty nice. The first time I used Supernatural Shampoo as directed, I was kind of angry because it didn't work as stated. So some time passed and I thought that I would get it out of my supply closet and try it out again. After experimenting with it in a 3 gallon bucket, 6-10 pumps provided pretty decent results. I haven't measured it out yet like I do my other soaps, but I bet 2-3oz. - 4.5 - 5 gallons of water should work pretty well.

Just to note, I will do a prep prior to applying any sealant or wax on the hood of the van. Since I think it has relatively soft paint (I used Swirl X on a foam applicator on a small area and removed probably half the swirls), I will

    Wash
    Clay
    M205
PO85rd or Optimum Finish (unsure on this step right now)
Poli-Coat and Liquid Souveran on one half
Poli-Coat and Signature Series II on the other half

That should be all I need.

That is the exact approach I will be using on my cobalt (ironic, huh? ). I have very light defects and the paint is not hard so I'm going to use M205 on a Tangerine Hydrotech Pad followed by PO85RD on a white flat pad.
