XMT pad conditionner: Formula?

I just received my order and I was wondering what is the formula of this pad conditionner ? For me, it feel like water+ alcohol with a bit of blue colorant.

I'm not saying it's wrong. the bottle is cool, I got a great a price. I love the idea but I have the impression that it's like Menzerna final inspection or something like this with alcohol..

I am sure its more than that, but certainly no manufacturer is going to release their secret formula. Try the DP Pad Rejuvinator thats my favorite.

I'm confused about what your asking. XMT Pad conditioner is used on the pads before polishing. Menzerna top inspection is used on the paint after polishing to inspect your work.

He is asking what the formula of XMT Pad Conditioner is, because he thinks that the product to him is like Menzerna Top Inspection mixed with alcohol.
