Pinnacle Souveran

Hello all! Just received my Souveran wax in the mail today, only to find the top was cracked! Beautiful packaging nontheless. Just wanted to know if anyone has a top left over from their Souveran wax they'd like to donate. I'm dumbfounded how this could have happened, and luckily the wax is A-OK. I'd really appreciate some assistance though...thank you

I would, but I've asked so much of them in the past few days I feel bad. I just need a top, not the whole tub replaced, and I feel this is to minuscule...we'll see if one of them want to chime in though, that would be great, until then I'll just wait till I muster up the courage to talk to them

Don't feel bad calling them they take pride in making customers happy.Plus if it bothered you enough to make a post no reason not to be happy with the new products you used.I've never seen Ag put a limit on how many times you can bother them.
