Re: 1938 Plymouth Sedan Streetrod Extreme Makeover!
This was a lot of fun. Oswaldo and Victoria, both from Sao Pa Brazil joined us plus a few new guys including Jesse from Autogeek.
Help me welcome Oswaldo from Sao Paulo, Brazil!
I have lots of good action shots to post tomorrow but right before I turned on the alarms and left for the night I took one "after" shot with my cell phone camera.
Big thank you to everyone that attended and helped out with this project, I think the owner is going to be blown away.

It was a great night for all. Most of us that have done these makeovers many times before did`nt have to do much but guide the newbe`s.John said to me where once we were being trained now we are the trainers. Except for some of the Pros (Robert, Jeff and please say a prayer for his Wife and family as he has always been a work horse.)
The local guys that show up regularly have the best attitude and we have so much fun.Mike is always in a training mode that equates to knowledge.
Sometimes I look at as a social club in terms as us car lovers come to help out a depleted paint job and we bring it back to life to best it has to offer.
Thanks autogeek!!!

True Tim, it seems to be a great time for everyone and you can always learn something new from Mike, he's so full of detailing knowledge, he's like a walking detailing encyclopedia and a great teacher. I learned about "Tiger Stripes" last night from Mike. Maybe Mike will expound on this some more.

Thanks Mike for having me as part of the team on this makeover. I had a great time with the rest of the folks who participated and got some great pointers from Antti and a couple of the other more experienced folks. I really enjoyed using the Cyclo DA buffer. Looking forward to participating in the August Makeover event.

I really enjoyed following this thread. First, what a surprise when I saw your choice of tools, of course, a good surprise because I appreciate Cyclo that much. I always put one in cart when I see it in action, very interesting and yet effective (results are just Perfect).
I keep wondering myself with two 4" pads (my favorite hobby is polishing using 4" pads... imagine two at once!). Thanks for coming up with Cyclo this time.
To their team for support and organization, congratulations.
What impressed me more in all of this work was the group cooperation. You are awesome. Everyone looks concentrated, working hard, but at most enjoying a lot what they were doing. Surely it was a very nice meeting.
The results presented clearly shows the sum of efforts, the car looks polished 17-20 times to perfection (the number of people involved) instead of a one night paint polishing approach. You all did it!
Congratulations, and thanks a lot for sharing.
*(can stay here all week saying good things about this thread, you hit a home run, AGAIN!).
Kind Regards.

The truck will be a Rupes project and the boat will be a Flex project.
