Glad you liked it. I was initially thrown off by the texture of it for being a "paste wax" because it has a creamy smooth texture as compared to most other paste waxes which are very firm. Thank you for writing this. I noticed you said you used the white LC 5.5in pads with the machine polish but I also noticed you used it with the black pads too with the Porter Cable. I know you used the black hybrid with the Flex. Did you notice any differences in finishing ability with those 2 pads?

Also did you have any slight haziness left behind from the Rubbing compound used with the LC orange pad and the Porter Cable? When I tested it I had very good results with it using an LC cyan hydrotech pad, but it left slight hazing. The polish took care of that for me.

The whole idea behind doing this project is immeasurable. I've accompanied the release of products, team members signing in and arriving, and couldn't wait to see what you've showed here.

Using an adjective to name this work may hurt others adjective's feeling. That's it. Name them all.

Mothers showed it can perform on high end applications, offering a complete line of solutions for every need.

Everyone done it's part pretty well, congrat. to you all. The enormous result was a sum of every part contribution. Look at what you've done!

Thanks for doing, also for sharing.

    Kind Regards.

Mike, another night where all the work pays off with immediate satisfaction because you get to see the great results these products and techniques produce. And you're right about those white gloves. I never gave them much thought until I used them again Thurs. Getting some for the GTO. Den

You guys did an incredible job on that car!!

Mike, your write up with all the links to threads covering technique, the links to product descriptions and other resourceful links, photography etc. etc. is nothing short of masterful!!

What a terrific car to work on, the difference between the before and after conditions on this project are astounding. Great job guys, you should all be very proud to have been the creators of such beauty.

I've seemed to have lost the interest in reading and writing on the forums as of late but I have to say, this thread, this project kept me glued to the computer screen, reading every word, checking out every photo and imagining what it would have been like to have been there with the gang that worked on this project...

    Keep up the great work!!
