    JS/Redir virus detected

Anyone dealt with this. Seems to be popping up only when visiting this site.

Haven't had the issue yet. I'm on a large network, and our AV isn't picking it up. My home network doesn't pick it up either. Admins?

All I can add is malwarebytes is good stuff. Install it from their .org site and run a full scan. Combined with Windows Defender and SUPERAntiSpyware all running real-time protection you should be good to go.

You're likely infected and it's attempting to re-direct you.

Yeah, I regularly contact something here to. I have ESET as an antivirus that is detecting it. I'll write down what it says next time it comes up.

    Re: JS/Redir virus detected

There was a thread recently about this where myself and another knowlegable antivirus person were helping a member with a similar issue when visiting this site. Might be site related, could be you. I wouldn't recommend counting on Windows Defender as your AV program though. Malwarebytes and Kaspersky would be your best pair.

Try a search on here for the other thread. You'll find some good info there.

    Another vote for Malwarebytes.
