Need some more info. Were you at fault? How bad is the damage? If you have a PDR guy look at it and he can do the job to good as new levels then I would get an estimate take the check not the repairs and then call back the PDR guy.

PDR, on many occasions, is well worth
not having to file an insurance claim.

1. Was blame assigned and agreed upon between both parties?
2. Was law enforcement call and a police report made?
3. What's your deductible?
4. What's your best guess for the cost of repairs to your vehicle?
5. What's your best guess for the cost of repairs to their vehicle?

Guy should it was minor, I said I want the policew to come out, then he says I hit him I said How I hit you now and before it was minor on your vehicle and I suffered the most damage. wait over hour for police, they took our info and give a case# and that was that, but I contacted my insurance anyway, My vehicle both rims on passenger side serious curb rash, driver side rear door, scratched from mid door to splash guard I'll try to post photo of his damage as well but having trouble, he was in a DODGE RAM HEMI 5.7 only damage he suffered was right on passenger front past head light where the hemi emblem is attached was pushed in

I can't blow up the pic with good resolution ,looks to me damage is on left quarter panel where it meets the bumper on the body line.I would just repair it the right way.I highly doubt your insurance will be high.If it deos go up switch to progressive,I had 2 losses paid by them and I'm in the emerald club go figure.your insurance will rise slightly higher when you purchase a new car.
