AutoGeek Customer Service
Every time there's a glitch with someone's order with AutoGeek, they post it on the forum, so I guess I will post mine here also.
I ordered a FLEX 3401 with the smaller backing plate to accommodate my 5.5" pads. I was told my package would arrive today, which it did and with it my free gift, a Flex Apron. So, THANKS Meghan and the AutoGeek staff for handling the insanity of orders and the daily changing specials. My order arrived on time, fully filled, and a gift included. I think AutoGeek is a class business and I appreciate your work! Merry Christmas.

I have said it before and I will say it again.

How are you trying to contact them? Phone calls are quick and also emails tend to be within 25 hours response.

I've made 3 order with AG, they have all arrived before my Amazon orders I placed 2 weeks prior. so far although shipping, as always, is expensive to the islands. Nature of the beast I guess. I even called and spoke with a REAL person - gotta love that now days!

Just to add to this:
Snail mail: Average response time = 7-10 days.
Carrier Pigeon: average response time = 21-28 days.
Smoke Signals: response time varies from, Instantly ~ inconclusive results/not highly recommended.

Ive noticed lately you have been negative about stuff on here pertaining to AG, not sure why you joined this community.
