    Robert's new-to-him Triumph TR6

    Robert's new-to-him Triumph TR6

Robert leveled some of the orange peel using the CarPro Denim pads to one section of the hood....

Now all he has to do is the rest of the car....

    Nice car buddy....

Nice TR Robert.........I had a couple back in my day,

1976-Tr6 and a 1968 TR250 (the only year they were made) Man do I miss those two!

Wow, that is a very nice looking Triumph.
Interested to see how it turns out. Have been toying with the idea of getting some of these denim pads for a while.

I have a TR6 booked in for February - the Triumph National show is being held in my home town & the TR6 I will be detailing is a multi trophy winning car. No trailer queen either - the owner is driving it about 350 kilometres for the show, hence I will be detailing the underside also. Looking forward to it.

. . . though maybe after attending Boot Camp, i may not want to leave . . .

Awesome car buddy - excited for you!!! Enjoy!!!

Just curious...is that a re-paint? Just don't remember ever seeing a stock black TR.

Bill, black was available on the TR6 from 1969-1976. Paint code "11"
It was one of 2 colors available all those years the other being white.

There were many color options but those depended on the year.

My 1976 TR6 was Russet Brown code "93" which was only available in 1976.

    Tim,

I'll be! Learn sumthin' new all the time.

Been way way to long since my days of working on TR's. I've forgotten what colors where available back in the late 50>early 60 era. "CRS" really raises its ugly head at times (LOL).

    Thank you for the info...
