Not a big deal but I hit the gym and the pool all 5 mornings this week would be so easy when the alarm goes off at 4:50am to turn it off and go back to sleep.

Going to Orlando early tomorrow morning so will miss tomorrow’s workout.

walked a little farther than normal today because of the cramped parking lot with tight spaces, didn't want to be sandwiched in between but rather have one closed (curb) side so it reduces the chance of a door ding. oh, and that was at the dentist as i had to get the annual cleaning...

Took our Corgi for a walk! He starts out dragging us along,but on the return trip uphill there is much slack in the leash.

I ride my fat tire bicycle at least 5 miles a day. 3,200 miles in 2 years. I'm retired and doctor wanted me to get off the couch.

I usually ride 1,000-2,000 miles a year on a road bike. Try to run 3-5 miles a week and hike too.

But .... just move... anything... just move.... talking to myself as much as anyone but also trying to show how simple it can be.

Shoulder workout this morning followed by 60 laps all with pull paddles.

2x20 Freestyle
2x20 Breaststroke
2x20 Heads-up Freestyle

Heads-up freestyle is probably one of the hardest workout Stroke besides the Butterfly Stroke.
