Re: what's the last form of excercise you've done?
love the fluid style of sun yang's freestyle (video of him below). both sun and ian thorpe have the most fluid freestyle stroke and are my favorite freestyle swimmers of all time. i think tomorrow i'm going to work on my pull technique even more. if you look below, there is very minimal kicking and more emphasis on his arm pull (high hinge elbow pull) which gravitates him so smoothly across the water (head/one google just barely out of the water to catch a breath). if he didn't have such excellent pull technique, he wouldn't be one of the best long distance swimmers out today (or ever). pretty much perfection if you ask me...

I havent worked out in a while but I am a life long gym goer and a great "coulda, shoulda, woulda" type athlete. I will say that you can absolutely turn washing, drying, quick detailing and or spray waxing your car into a legitimate workout.

Splitting my old Craftsman II Trac Drive snow blower to install the rubber impeller extension kit.
Pretty straightforward install, but it was only about 17 degrees in the shed. :/
Worth it though. Went from throwing the snow 10-15 feet to about 30-40.
Went through the trouble because this old bird has been a serious workhorse over the years, and it can climb a staircase if needed.
It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.

I cannot tell you how many thousands of flip turns I've done in my life (swam competitively for a long time) . Once you get them down you'll never forget it. It's seriously like riding a bike. They're super tiring if you have not swam in awhile.
Last form of exercise for me were push ups.
