Re: what's the last form of excercise you've done?
Bicep Sunday. Total of about 25 sets. Barbell close grip/wide grip curls, reverse curls, hammer curls and incline bench curls.. really getting in that stretch. Also threw in a few negative reps in there.

Im a bike commuter...one part fitness, second part to reduce the wear and tear on my vehicles. I usually bike 13 miles to work and 13 miles back each day. Wifey says Im in a better mood when I am commuting by bike. Ironically, here in Portland, OR, that bike ride takes about the same time (50 minutes) as it does to drive...go figure.

Yeah, I lost mine. Of course, at my age, I lose everything anyhow.

I'm coming up at 9.5 months sticking with the DDP Yoga program and the results speak for themselves. 42 pounds lost in that time. Leaner and stronger. Currently at 6'1", 211 pounds and getting closer everyday to the goal of 200 pounds. Started out at 253 pounds. Of course diet plays a large part as well as making smarter choices on what I eat.

You make a valid point Mike. I made a drastic change in my life to better myself and it's one of the best things I have done. It's helped me a lot in my everyday life and at my job. Of course any sort of detailing I do at home is a lot easier.
I have seen your posts on FB and keep it up.
