Today i was in a good shape, so i had a very intense training:
- Barbell Bench Press: 5 sets 6-9 reps.
- Incline Barbell Bench Press:5 sets 6-9 reps.
- Fat Dumbbell Press: 4 sets 6-9 reps.
- Close-Grip Barbell Bench Press:4 sets 6-9 reps.
- Dumbbell Lying Triceps Extension:4 sets 6-9 reps.
- Weighted dip:4 sets 6-9 reps
