Any homemade detailing tool ideas?
I made my own tire applicator by sowing a mf towel around a cheap dollar store sponge. Made a trim dressing applicator too.

Re: Any homemade detailing tool ideas?
I had a few old foam buffing pads i was gonna trash and decided to cut them into quarters and use them now as tire dressing applicators. I like your idea and have some old MF towels too and might sew some around my old pads.

Yeah I reverse the micro fiber and sow it the fold it inside out and insert the foam and sow it up and it has no seams showing
