Paintless dent removal
Paintless dent removal; I have had this done in the past for door dings and it is expensive but worth it. Currently I have an older SUV and I have been told that it would cost $600 to have the whole thing done. For that kind of money I am wondering if I can buy tools and learn to do it myself. Anybody have any experience with this, any advise?

The tools alone cost well over two thousand dollars. Plus the extensive training costs a lot of money and takes a lot of time... PDR guys need a lot of practice to do things right. However, it does seem to be profitable once you figure out how to do it... but there are stilll some things you should leave to the professionals.

It is best to take a course on PDR and its not cheap....you will learn all the methods and tricks....and what tools do what....you can self teach your self....but you lack the hands on instruction to really know the limits of the tools..
PDR is a nice side trade...you can make some serious money doing it....

PDR is increadable! I have a friend who does it in Orlando. He makes alot in a very short period of time. The training is def worth the money, if you have the drive. I consider it an art. Its not easy though, the best ones are usually body guys first.
