Who likes people touching their car???

95% of people don't care and don't have respect. They aren't as educated as the people on this website and aren't aware what they are doing can mar and swirl the paint.
With that being said, I hate when people even walk by my car. I need a piece of crap beater.

The car gets touched by a lot worse than people. Street grime, exhaust, water splash, mud... people touching it does not bother me at all. Quick wipe with a mf towel, and a quick detailer, and voila... all new again...

Not a chance, that's not the creed of a true autogeek, tell me that when they have a pair of jeans with metal rivets on the back pockets on or dangling keys and they put a nice big scratch in your paint down past the clear, don't think you'll be so understanding then.

I don't even really touch my paint unless I have a microfiber towel or my microfiber gloves on. Skin, even dry looking skin, leaves oil on the surface and I simply don't like it. That being said, don't touch my paint and you better not lean or sit on my car or it is "go time".

I work in a restaurant and run caterings in my personal car. Sometimes the catering client will meet me at my car to pick up the food where they have to sign the receipt.. Guess where the first place they put the receipt followed by the pen is?!?!?!

nope.. I have a neighbor whos kid has rubbed up against my car (Black 350z) Flawless paint and he doesn't say anything and when I tell her no he acts like it's rude. So I said, I'll send you my invoice for buffing it out.. ignorant people!

I like to detail my car, same way I like to vacuum my carpet or shine my shoes. But I don't sweat about people touching my car, the same way I don't sweat about getting any other item I own dirty. I don't park half way across the parking lot for fear someone will ding my car. It's just a car...
That's just me... It does not mean it's right or wrong, it's simply how I roll.

For me touching my car is almost like coming up and touching me. It's like you just invaded my personal space. Maybe that's weird... but it's me
