Ours is crazy here in NJ now, all they do is plug into the OBD II port and make sure it's not throwing any codes. Takes all the drama out of it like worrying about if they will like your tires or if it will fail emissions or whether you have an exhaust leak or a chip in your windshield or tell you your parking brake needs to be adjusted.

Anyway, good luck...I hope your BMW comes out unscathed.

Inspection is a joke. It's just a way for the state to make money. If it was actually legit people wouldn't be missing 2 of 3 brake lights or have inadequate brakes that squeak from 10 miles down the road or bald tires.

Anyway hope the dealer doesn't wash your car.
