Nope. It's is not. It comes in a black box with a warranty kit and literature. Its supposed to be controlled like Opticoat pro.

How long have you been garnering communiqués for your:

I caught that too Bob
You must admit though, false advertising isn't cool ...... Maybe it was just an oversight

Had to contact our promoting company for this one, it’s a bit over my head! Its call keyword matching options.
The keyword Cquartz is set up for Broad Match, in case someone does a search like where to buy cquartz or cquartz dlux, cquartz 50ml kit anything related to cquartz.
In the same way you can also adjust to exclude certain keyword like in this case finest. We have emailed to exclude it so it does not cause such a big issue for everyone.
But this is from what I understand very standard with all brands in the world of online marketing.

Nick is right, this is pretty standard behavior.
Say a company sells some, but not all, ACME products. If you search for a valid ACME product that they don't sell, you might see an ad like the AG/CQF one you saw.
I see a lot of Amazon ads like these where they don't actually carry the product.

Nick, perhaps you can contact them again... and turn it off again..Must have accidentally happened again eh? I'm not surprised by the hack in that other thread that is insinuating they are a Finest installer (already contacted him) but some would think a company like AG would hold higher standards.
For anyone that reads this any insinuation by a detailer that they are using Finest should be crosschecked directly on CarPro's Finest Authorized map directly. There is no Finest installer in North America that is not listed on that map and there is only one store that handles Finest. It is not this one.
