unable to find a "new" to me used vehicle .

I've been running around town looking for something to replace my 04 f150 . im just getting a little bored of it , car-suv ? I just got a new car last week for the ole lady . even 1-2 years old in just worse shape than my 04 . then they want moola like its in pristine condition . I know what I can take car of paint wise , and what interiors I can turn around . but geez people have no care consideration for their vehicles . also dealer won't even budge when I point out all the defects. some been through there own hologram city swirl buster shop and interior wipe all . I can't afford another new car at the moment , and what I've seen I think I'll just keep my 04 f150 -95000 miles since it looks better than just about a brand new one . I'll stick with 12mpg I guess until if I ever find a fairly decent used something I can turn around. but now the my new car gets the garage and my truck will have to sit outside , gonna have to opticoat that now .

Understand that from a business stand point, then know they do not have to deal with you nit picking over swirls and scratches because 99% of the population would never even notice what it is you are talking about... therefore the dealerships know they will sell the car to the next guy who is not "nagging them" about paint defects.

It sucks, I know. I always email the sales people pictures of the paint correction process afterwards haha rarely do I get a response though. Still makes me happy.
