Cleaning Concrete Floors
Any magic stuff out there to clean concrete? I've tried the regular driveway cleaner and Simple Green.

What are you trying to clean off?
I have learned a lot from going to Home Depot and asking a million questions just on concrete lol

Re: Cleaning Concrete Floors
Hope im not breaking any rules but i bought this just to give it a shot in my garage and it worked wonderful. Of course i still had to scrub quite a bit of scrubbing but i had a mess in there-replaced an engine and transmission, and later chopped up a car into little pieces to take to the metal recycling.

Concrete floor Cleaner Concentrate will take off, polish stains. Maybe a few grease spots. If you want to redo your whole driveway you'll want Mutriatic acid concentrate.
Go to the back of home depot they sell it in a white box. The "Safer Mutriatic Acid" is not as strong. this one...

I think this concentrate is the real deal, not exactly sure cos never used it. You will need gloves, protective eye gear (the works)
If you do get this stuff might as well and rent out a concrete floor buffer and do your whole driveway. Cos it might bleach it, so you might have to do the whole driveway not just a spot. Then follow it by a sealant. Just like detailing lol

They even sell the "wet look" 😎

Just regular stains and a few grease spots. Nothing major. I'm completely re-organizing all my stuff and cleaning it. I'm actually cleaning the bottles, and even getting the excess product that may be stuck on the lid off.
I made the mistake of building and cutting some plastic and wood in my garage with a rotary cut off tool. Plastic and wood dust was everywhere. I'm never cutting anything inside again.
I got one set of shelves do e so far. I took a pic of that shelf.
Detailing is no fun when your area is disorganized and messy

Just get some concrete stain remover from home depot. They sell the concentrated version. Like $10 for a gallon then you can dilute as you please.
I've also been looking into the concrete sealants. I'm guessing they would prevent stains from occurring. If they can prevent car oil, then they should be able to prevent Polish. Not to expensive and I find it fun to get out there and learn something new, book wise and hands on wise.

Re: Cleaning Concrete Floors
I have no recommendations for a cleaner, but for the 'scrubbing' part...rent a floor scrubber from you local rental place. Makes short work of what can be a back breaking process.
You don't want a 'high-speed' model, just ask for a 16" (or so) and use a black scrubbing pad. Explain to the folks behind the counter what you're going to do...they should be more than happy to set ya up.
Good luck...
Bill
