I stopped paying attention to gas prices. I can't avoid buying the gas and have to buy 93 or get real bad knock from the engine. It is like $60 to fill up. But I didn't buy the car for the gas milage, it's only money.

About $3 a gallon for regular here.....on a V8 suv...oh well I actually use my truck and don't parade around like a soccer mom sipping her latte in her urban assault vehicle.
I still don't get why diesel is more money though, cost more then premium here, think it was 3.50 or something a gallon when I looked. Luckily diesel pickups get great mileage b/c filling a 40-65 gallon tank at that price sucks lol. Diesel is raw and doens't have to go through the $$ refining process...so why they charge more for it is beyond me? Plus you'd figure with Port Everglades down here we'd have chepaer prices.
Still not as bad as Europe.

I think it kinda the same situation with hybrids. Sure it gives you great gas milage, but you have to pay much more for the vehicle.
And diesel. It gets great gas milage, but the make fuel cost more, so everyone won't switch to diesel trucks.

Yeh but take a drive in a modded diesel truck and you'll be all over it...never want a heavy duty gas truck again....damn old neighbors Excursion was running high 12's in the 1/4 and still got about 23 mpg on the highway....witha big tank thats a looooooong cruising range lol.
Diesels the bomb, the torque is so effortless.

N/A. Runs 12.1@118 spinning through 1st. Needs better tires, but I put together myself.

In time out
Love my diesel! I get 17mpg around town and around 20 on the motorway. My truck is 95% and I intend to leave it that way.
With 600 foot pounds of torque and 325 hp, it's plenty for a daily driver. With a performance air filter and my muffler that fell off, it sounds great too!
DIESEL IS THE KING OF FUELS!!!

What's a "motorway"?
