One of the Best Brushes I have used. Guess what type it is

Like the title states, this is one of the best brushes I have used for cleaning wheels and interiors.

Care to guess what type it is?

My guess is a shaving brush. I bet it has good stiffness to it with the bands around it!

Yep, I love it. Bristles are a perfect length and soft. Its constructed really well considering I havent lost a bristle yet. It lathers better than any brush I have ever used including my SV brushes.

I keep the bands around it to keep its shape after washing.

The type you'd snatched out of a lady's purse while she was asleep?

I think I got it for $4 about 8 years ago. Its a great brush for the price.
