How's the quality on that, as good as a Wheel Woolie? Is that a current product? I didn't even realize Meg's was "making" something like that. I'm still using my Meg's wheel brushes circa 2004 or 05.

Maybe the sharp point is the reason it wound up in Ross. I have issues with that store in general but that’s a conversation for another time

    Re: Incredibly Cheap Finds

the wheel woolies material is tighter, where as this plush strands (1 1/2" length) on this microfiber brush are loose. these normally sell for around $20, and for $5.99 it's worth it. I would rather use this brush instead of the nylon ez-detail brush on painted/delicate wheels. I have the medium size and feel it's a little too small. there's a rough edge buried under the microfiber on the end of the brush, but you should be safe as long as you don't put all the pressure down on the front end when using it (nobody usually does that anyway). I like to sweep side to side when I use a brush in the wheel barrels so no problem...

Yes I know, my issue is a clothing related one, not an overstock detailing supply one

some clothing items they sell are irregular/seconds, I just look it over closely before I buy. don't want to make another trip and have to return something...

That’s not my issue. I’d rather save it for another time instead of throwing the thread off course.

    Re: Incredibly Cheap Finds

Not really finds, alot of people know, lol. But hopped over to Ollie's yesterday to do some shopping. Filled a cart!! What deals. For detail stuff, grabbed 3 kits they had left of Meguiars Hybrid Paint Coating - $17 each. And 7 16oz bottles of 303 Fabric Guard for $29.
Megs may have this new Beyond Ceramic Coating, but thats $100+-, I think 3 kits of HPC for 51 bucks is good value by comparison. Can go a long way.
And 303 FG is great for alot of uses. BBQ cover will get some today.
