I won a Lowe's gift card!!

So, I NEVER win anything, ever! So, I was checking out at my nearest Lowe's. I purchased a 3/8" pressure washer quick connect system for my new PW and hose gun. I was walking away and the cashier stopped me real quick and handed me another receipt. She said, here, you won something. I didn't really pay attention because I figured it was just one of those things where you enter a code for points or something like that. Well, it was a code, but it's a guarantee win code. I guess they have it set up where if you get a code, you win, and if you aren't a winner, than no "prize code" receipt comes up. So, with the code I have, I could win a $10, $20?, $50, $100, or 2008 Final Four basketball tickets. Turns out, I just won the $10 gift card, but better than nothing!
 
problem is , your likely more than 10.00 bucks poorer for visiting Lowes in the first place. Its like Best Buy ...can never grab just the cheap New Release DVD.

Believe it or not, they had the cheapest 3/8" pressure washer quick connect that I could pick up locally. Every where else were ranging from $14 to $20.
 
Congrats. I am sure you will need it for something down the line for around the house you would have bought there anyway!!

The only down side is it's only good for 45 days. I do need some garden hose quick connects, so I might grab some from there.

Gift cards in CA, by law, do not expire, but coupons do.
Well, use it for something you would have bought anyway then you are still in the plus.
I am sorry to hear they restricted it like that. Companies! Ugh. So cheap.
