250 is ridiculous, but Im ready to drop this load - makes interiors a pain in the *** with a belly in my way lol!

...an individual that details ALL day long and has no time for 3 to 5 meals a day?!?!?

This is odd, but I went from 165 lbs to 250lbs since starting the company almost 2 years ago - that can't be healthy! So I need to trim down (for myself and for my lady) but need your advice. Still strong as an ox...and too tired from these 15 hour days

Our Buddy B&B Tennessee says he's:Sick, Tired, and Sore
He details all day, doesn't eat right, still put on 85lbs or more.
Albeit a little overweight, he's still strong as an ox;
Yet, he wants to "drop this load", look good for his "Lady Fox";
And losing the belly would facilitate detailing a vehicle's interior
