    APC+ saves the day

The whole family was cleaning the house today, and I was asked to wipe down the kitchen area down. I wiped all the doors down with APC+ and it did a great job getting the oil off the finish. Then I got to the range hood.... it looked liked it hasn't been cleaned in years. We stir fry a lot and there seems to be like a layer of oil on it. I did a quick 50/50 and APC+ won. I didn't get to finish it because it got real late, but I wanted to share some photos with you guys. APC+ FTW!!!

Will finish the other side tomorrow, going try a Brillo pads tomorrow.

Hmm, I might have to try this. Only, I'm going to follow my own advice, at the bottom of this thread here with regards to how I present my "mighty" accomplishment to the good wife.

Holy crap that's night and day...I'd skip the Brillo otherwise you might have to go back and dull down that first side to match.

Yeah works wonders on cabinets doors. Most of them had oil stains on it and they came off easily. A lot better then using dish washer soap on them. A lot quicker and don't need to carry bucket of water for rinsing.

The range hood is very old, maybe 10 years. And it has seen Brillo pads and Easy Off, so the stainless steel is already beat up. I went and finish the other side last night with a Brillo pad, and finished a lot quicker. Might try Never Dull for kicks. LOL
