I know right! looks at the trim and the wipers! Those was the first to fade on those cars.
If you do a search on his name you will find plenty of stories about the car some of them list the parts that have been replaced over the year and what maintenance has been done . I used to tease him that he would just jack the car up and let it run in gear .

Yes it does still look pretty good. I wonder how often he changed the oil as well? More importantly what filters did he use? Frantz filters maybe?

I here these folks advertise their filters on the Trukin' Bozo show on 700WLW in Cinci, OH. Looks like they make them for Fords/Chevy's too. 1,000,000 MILES
I have a cousin who ran a big Tractor garage for years in S.C. and he says the GC filters are great. He doesn't sell them either. He still has and uses Frantz filters on his personal cars. I've never owned one though, but I consider it all the time.
