When one orders a Dr. Colorchip package from Autogeek it says its coming direct from the factory. Does this mean that I'll get a separate package from Autogeek which contains my colorchip package, or that I'll receive a package from Dr. Colorchip directly.

I only ask because I took the weekend off to take care of my poor neglected GTI and I got everything but the paint chip kit. The hood of my car could REALLY use it and I don't want to opti-coat before I fix those chips.

I guess what I really want to know is, is it on it's way, or is there a wait time for it to be delivered to AG then to me after the paint is mixed?

I forget how mine was packed. But I believe it came from colorchip directly because my free sample arrived a few days before colorchip arrived.

Th time this has happen to me I got the package from dr color chip. Dr will mail it to you, not ag I believe. Its called drop shipping.

I am pretty sure mine came from Dr. Color-chip directly, within a day or two of the AG order I made on the same purchase.

isn't there an off gassing period even for Dr. Colourchip paint?

I know a fair amount about detailing, but I'll admit I know squat about paint. Care to fill me in on this off-gassing you speak of?
