pages not loading??

When I am at work, we cannot access any pages that use an https html. I don't know if that's what's causing my problem, but when I go to AG, it loads the main page just fine. The problem is when I go to click on a subject, it literally takes like 5 minutes to load a page. It does finally load, but it's just ridiculous how long it takes. Our IT guy thought that maybe it is due to Google's new Google+. Is there any way to change settings to speed up the process? This just started a few days ago, before that it was perfect.

I have to click on warning messages 5-8 times before any post will open for me. It's so annoying. I googled the setting to change to fix it but unfortunately, those settings are locked out here... *sigh*

What browser are you guys using? It works fine with Chrome.

My agency blocks all of the pictures and videos. The posts load nice and fast but I have to wait to get home to see the pics.
