I have the red and black one and it bends

Mine has the twisted metal stem that I've seen in pics. but it feels like it will break if I tried to bend it. Even after applying a good amount of force, it won't budge.

I have the EZ Detail one and it bends, but I rather not bend it. I've heard too many of the daytona brushes breaking so I just hold it by the metal and not the handle.

Got some extra stuff today and I think I can honestly say I can go at least TWO WEEKS (that's right, how many of you can do the same!? Haha) without buying another detailing product.

Just an update on my situation.
Shipping said they do not use clear tape on any packages.
So they filed a claim with UPS and told me to hold onto my box and packaging for 6 days in the case UPS wants to inspect it.
They also are 3-day airing me all of the missing products.

Overall, my first, and hopefully only, experience with AG's customer service has been pleasant, successful, and quickly resolved.

Yes its great. Only disappointment is that the price has gone up a little bit from the last time I bought some.
