    Re: Post Your Unpacking Pictures

I tried really hard to not buy any more products during the Black Friday sales. Both because I don't really need anything and it being winter where I am the chance to me doing anything other than cleaning windows for the next 4-5 months is very low. I however could not pass on a couple of Labocosmetica products I've been wanting to try. I've also never had any luck getting my Marolex foamer to actually create any foam, so a rebadged IK Foam Pro 2+ for 30% off was too good to pass up.

    Re: Post Your Unpacking Pictures

Last year Chicago Auto Pros had a buy a $100 giftcards get $40 in instore credit. I hadn’t use the instore credit yet and they expired this year.

Pretty sure some unscrupulous person came into my closed garage and stole my IK Pro 12!

(Or I may have left at the local CarWash pre spraying in a rush but Pretty sure it was the unscrupulous guy thing)

Anyways with BF sale and store credit this cost me $50. I know the regular one with a bike pump woulda been cheaper but I like what I read about battery time in this.

    More brushes for Wheel Wednesday?

I have a Wash Pad I bought a few years ago at that W place down your way, I still haven't used it, maybe I'll finally break the plastic open for the FJs next wash.

Let us know how those Ultra wash pads are, I bought a couple a while ago but haven't gotten around to using them yet.

Was excited to find a mint ryobi tire inflator. Then realized you have to hold the button down to inflate.

Cheesy off brands direct shipped from China have an auto set feature. F’ing garbage Ryobi pick your game up.

    Went back to Home Depot..

I have the bigger Ryobi tyre inflator, that you still have to hold the button on. It doesn't bother me, it's pretty quick when I put the 5.0ah battery on it. The main thing to remember is the air hose and connector will get pretty hot by the time I've topped up all four tyres.

Separate question for everyone, is it just me or do we all recheck the pressure with another gauge after adjusting pressures with our favoured compressors? I have a small Michelin branded digital gauge that also includes a tread depth gauge.

No, because my tire gauge from the same brand is constantly 2psi. different than the compressor. So I’ve just learned to trust the compressor. Lol
