More manageable with the 2.5, especially for the roof, etc where your arm is extended. For the sides of the car where you're holding it closer to your body, it's not as big of a difference. So I'll start with the 2.5 on the roof/hood and if it does run out, I can switch to the 5.0 for the rest.
Today, I stopped when the battery had 1 bar showing. When I got home and rechecked, it showed 3 bars.

I run the 765 with the 5.0ah batteries. Managed to get around a double cab Ranger on two bars today.........
For me, it's not so much the weight of the 765 & 5.0ah battery, rather the power of thing straining my arms when using turbo mode.

To powerful? Haha
I had gotten a 650 as a gift for christmas. That sucker really pushes some air. Mostly only used it so far to blow snow off vehicles, sidewalk and porch. I still love my echo gas blower but ego is nice for the winter temps. I got a stubby ready to order from DI, just waiting on a sale.

I previously tried that when I was deciding where to get it from. Not sure that resellers are getting them cheap enough to offer 20% off. Ended up buying direct from their Etsy store. They did include an offer for $5 back if you post a picture on Instagram and tag them. Still waiting on them to get in touch with me for that.
