BTW: Nice order! I am also interested in that light for swirl detection.
I was recommended this light by SwanicYouth. He got it at Costco when they were blowing them out for like 19.99. Might still be worth a look to see if they have any left if you live near a Costco. I got mine on amazon with free shipping for 50.00.

You are so right about the woobies. I'm gonna order some more of the Artic Whites and the Woobies.
BTW: That light (Brinkman) is great.

Well I tried the blue and the black ones tonight on the 3401 and the PE14 with 2500 and 4500!
The Hydrotech pads were a bummer for me, not a fan!
Hybrids on the other hand are amazing on both machines! Velvety smooth and have a great cut.
I am not too sure what makes these pads different, but you can definitely feel the difference to a conventional open cell! Reminds me of memory foam in a way.
Very impressed with the cutting and finishing out ability of the blue and the grey is great. I will slowly switch over to these pads. I think they are totally underrated and more people need to try them. Thinking of making a thread about it.
My only dislike about these pads is the size of the velcro. I got the 5 inchers and the way they bevel up makes it an odd shape. I found they barely fit the 4 3/4 bp for the 3401, but just work on a 3inch rotary bp.
Very impressed though! Thank you very much for pointing these out to me!!

Great Andrew. I am glad that you are liking them.
Personally I think these are the best pads for the 3401 and with Menzerna products on them it is a dream come true.
Do make a thread about these and your thoughts. At the moment I dont have any work lined up for a while and just raving about them with no pictures only goes so far.
I have the LC interchangeable plate system and the pads are made for it. The plate fits perfectly on the back of the velcro of the pad.
