Not having a good day today, first I'm trying to change the oil on my ride, but the drain plug won't come off. Not sure what the dealer does, weld it on?? Then as if that wasn't bad enough, the water heater just went out.
The spot welds that hold the female drain plug threads in place could break loose.

They often use air wrenches. Could it be one of the elements? Not as much of a pain to replace those.

Happened to me once and your going to have to break it and place a new one. When they screw it to tight it happens. "You can help create your own luck, you can make things happen through hard work and intelligence."- Donald J. Trump

Sorry to hearr about your day buddy. You would think the dealer would have a torque wrench. Hope it isnt stripped.

Sounds like the start of a Country song.
I've learned never to ask the question(what else could go wrong?). Because something else usually does.
