    buying a PC

    Hello people,
    How is everyone on here....
I recently decided to take the plunge and buy the PC,
Just wondering on what kit to get? i was thinking of this one...

Pinnacle XMT Porter Cable 7424 Swirl Remover Kits with FREE BONUS: XMT Porter Cable 7424 Light Swirl Remover Kit Free Bonus!

and maybe these too....Cobra Microfiber Towel Combo Free Bonus!...

what do you think of them kits?
i was trying to get an idea of shipping to ireland but i couldnt find a price?
Will the AGO code work, any chance of a discount for spending this amount of money?

    Thanks in advance,
    ken...

I'm in the same boat as you.

I plan on doing bulk detailing, so keeping that in mind.

I'm going to get the XMT kit to use and practice with those compounds. I'm going to get the PC Edge 2000 kit though so I have those pads instead of Lake Country. Then buy XMT 1, 2, and 3 separately.

I got the XMT kit and love it. Then I few weeks later I saw the Edge 2000 kit and wish I would have gotten that one, haha. Maybe I'll just buy the pad and adaptor kit later.

I don't think free shipping applies to international orders.

I love the XMT and the Edge pads too! I would go that way if they don't mind buying everything a la carte. The free shipping applies to the continental US only. We have a few fellow Autogeekers that live on the other side of the big pond. You might get a better response though if you start a new thread where the title would say something about UK detailers or something like that. Just my 2 cents for what it's worth.

go with the edge2k kit. basically 2 of each kind of pad, the edge adapter and a PC. You cannot beat that deal. For polishes, look into the Pinnacle XMT series.

    Thanks for the help guys,
It still doesnt give me a price for shipping just before you pay,
So i dont want to go ahead with the transaction until i know what shipping will cost? what can i do about that,
    Cheers,
    ken..
