    I did

    I got a de-humidifier for the garage and a masonry bit to drill for the drain hose.

    Also:

    Man! you got that right. I just finally got done. That was some serious work.
    The drain hose was just a little one for the de-humidifier. But I also was cutting a 4" Dia hole for the Dryer vent to go through the wall so it would stop depositing moist hot air in the garage.

    Well, come to find out the wall is not just concrete block but actual solid block wall! The original owner/builder filled the hollow cells with concrete. And it's not the standard thickness wall either. Behind the stucco I found a layer of brick in front of the concrete! Had to go through the wall from both sides and ended up going up to Lowes to get another bit. It was so strong even after I drilled 3/8" holes every 1" around the diameter of the 4 inches it still wouldn't bust out with a hammer. I went to drilling holes every 1/2" and then basically connected the dots by drilling at various angles. MAN!
