HA!!

I've got mine down to less than $20 a year for two cars.

It's a game w/ Sirius. Cancel, they send you an offer, you refuse, they send you a cheaper one, you refuse, and eventually you get the deal I have.

They have zero leverage now days. Lol

I'd pay $20.00 year but I pay $10.00 a month for Spotify on my phone and it's all I need.

I agree with you, unless it's food related, I never accept the first offer, usually never the second. It takes some time but I call try to negotiate a lower price, if it's not working I simply say thank you and call right back. I get a new sales rep and try again, at most it takes 3 phone calls to save a lot of money. I do this with everything that I have renewing, electric, Sirius, internet, cellphone etc. I found an hour at most on the phone can save hundreds of dollars a year. Just because they are advertising a price to the masses doesn't mean that's the price. That is the price for the people who enjoy paying retail prices, not those who like money.
