    The Problem with Autogeek

the problem with autogeek is... once you start shopping with them and you get that great "go the extra mile" customer service (thanks Meghan and Jason!) you expect that from everyone...
I just turned my toothless Verizon installer away who had that typical "friday" union attitude... total jerkoff.... He was to install Fios service to my house....
    Not anymore....
Man, I really hate dealing with Utilities/pseudo monopolies......

Can Autogeek buy verizon so we can get good customer service and support?

Oh... Sorry Meghan if I scared the crap out of you with the title...

I got FIOS a couple of weeks ago. It is awesome. Gladly, I had a very nice installer. She was very professional, courteous, and helpful.

Another problem with AUTOGEEK and this forum is that I have become addicted! I'm like a crack junkie now for autogeek products and fourm reading.

You know.. with the internet and forums, etc... There's a whole new way to do Customer Service....
There's a book I heard about at an IT seminar called "The Naked Corporation". Goes in detail about how companies will have to change or they will fail....
One of these days, I'll get to read it....
