    New detailing chair!

Been seeing these all over on social media...bit the bullet and decided to pick one up and give it a shot. Pricey, super solid/well built. Comfortable. HEAVY! Need to add a locking wheel, as it will tend to roll on ya if you leave it along on an uneven surface, also will add the protection (or make my own) for the back of the chair as well as the foot rest. Solid chair.

Last two pics of my old chair I used to use and the Vyper chair.

    Re: New detailing chair!

Well, here's MY "New to Me" detailing chair ...

I had an older folding chair (a real CHEAP one), that the crossbar on the legs finally rusted out. So I went to my mom's house to see if she had an old chair that I could use. Turns out she inherited from my grandmother a whole bunch of chairs, that my grandmother took home when her church (ironically the SAME church "I" now attend) was getting rid of their old chairs. I picked the oldest-looking, most ragged chair out of the collection and made it my own. After all, it's for the GARAGE!

When I folded it up to put in my truck, I saw the initials: "UMC" - United Methodist Church. Between the design of the chair, its patina and the fact that my grandmother had it for YEARS, probably means this chair is OLDER than I am

It must have taken A LOT of backsides to wear down the seat like that

I just wonder ... since it USED to be a CHURCH chair - am I allowed to SWEAR in it?

But it WORKS! And since it's not a roller chair, and I have to stand up to move it from panel to panel, it gives my legs the exercise they NEED after years of sitting for hours at a desk.

Love the color combo you chose! I wish we could buy those in Australia.

Nice chair. I have the red one. To this point it is my favorite.

Post a review after using it awhile. Seen complaints that people keep hitting the back of their ankles. Had a chair that did that and was super annoying.

I like that it is height adjustable. I find myself sitting on a pad on the floor to do wheels so would be nice to be able to make my chair taller for polishing

Do you have issues with stuff falling out of the bottom storage area? Since it isn't enclosed I could see small items like coating bottles falling over and rolling out.
