I'd like to atleast once, especially after seeing this! Worse case scenario I borrow my buddy's Dragy and we head somewhere "in Mexico" to do it, those things are supposed to be damn near accurate, no VHT starting line thoughFrom "stay tuned" to T U N E D !!

I just can't believe the car can go from low/low-mid 13's to mid 12's like that but in my few short pulls Sunday it pulls forward with authorityFrom "stay tuned" to T U N E D !!

He also has another one that he's building to be "the good one" that's going to get his best-of-the-best. (He's got a wild amount of rotary parts at his personal "shop", and has built a bunch of them for friends). I'll jump on Tapatalk at lunch and throw up some pics.

Do you guys think the wheel hop will be worse at the track...Or worse on the street?

Street, air your tires down to 18 psi. at the track.

With any luck the track will have good prep and you will be able to dead hook.

Remember to go around the water box so you don't piss guys like me off lol.

Even when I raced my GN back in the day I would go around it and back into the box, surprised they didn't insist everyone do thisFrom "stay tuned" to T U N E D !!

As far as airing the tires down, well my thoughts are this, street tires aren't made to be run low like drag radials, i.e. soft sidewalls, so not sure how safe it is dropping 1/2 of the tires recommend psi and then go over 100 mph🫣

Sure I wanna cut a good light and hook, but not too hard...AXLES, LOL. I want some spin but I'm sure you get that. The option of the Dragy is this, it's what it ran "on the street" and that's where the car sets up shop everyday...on the streetsFrom "stay tuned" to T U N E D !! Not advocating street racing here, just sayin'.

When I was screwing around w Mustangs it was always worse at the track. W the Cayman & Launch Control it seemed to be less of an issue.

I'm certainly not comparing my EN to your Caymen but isn't it funny that our cars have a rep for handling but they also kick a$$ at the drag strip From "stay tuned" to T U N E D !!From "stay tuned" to T U N E D !!
