The thing I like about my Craftsman inflator and the DeWalt tool shown a couple posts up is they automatically shut off when you hit a pre-set pressure. This comes in really handy when I'm prepping my car for an event. I can set the pressure, turn it on, and go about other things while it does it's work. When it shuts off, I move to a different wheel, wash...rinse...repeat...

The built in gauge is shockingly accurate and almost dead on my hand held pressure gauge/bleeder.
If you're asking about the Ryobi pictured above, no. You have to stand there holding the trigger down anyway unless you rig something up to hold it down.

I assume due to that, the Ryobi is less expensive. I like mine for now.
Treat it like it's the only one in the world.

Just pulled the trigger on the Milwaukee M12 inflator. Home Depot was running a deal. The price was the same with battery and charger as tool only

I have 4 of those, one for the house and one for each car. Love them. A 4ah battery lasts several months of periodic checking and topping off. And it can be set to a value and it stops automatically when that pressure is reached.

    Mine does that, yes.

It also stays on that pressure as you move around the car. Meaning you don’t have to set it again for the next tire. You can actually turn the machine off for months and the next time you use it it’ll still be set to whatever psi you last set it to. I’ve heard some of these machines require you to set the psi everytime you move to the next tire.
