That sounds pretty handy. Mine will hold the value as long as it isn't unplugged or turned off. I don't find this a big deal because I'm constantly setting it to different pressures. Each of the cars in our household all run different PSI's and even my car runs different PSI's due to what I'm doing with it and which set of wheels/tires it's running.
